Toro Mower - Needs Work - $20 (Sullivan/Graysville)

This was running well last year and then it started having issues. It would run strong for maybe 5-10 seconds, then sputter out. If you waited a minute it would do it again.
I took apart and cleaned the carburetor but it didn't help. I might have left something loose, when I added a bit of gas back to it, it came out at the carb area.

Should be a straight forward fix for somebody with small engine experience.

Comes with bag, not pictured.
