Indianapolis company, just expanded by another 160 units. In search of skilled maintenance supervisor...full time position.
-Responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet the company's established standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals.
-Engage and help manage an ongoing community preventative maintenance and improvement program
-Responding quickly and courteously to resident requests for maintenance service, troubleshooting the source difficulty and taking appropriate action to repair and/or restoring service within the quality and time standards established for the community.
-Manage maintenance staff
-experience as a maintenance technician working in multi-family.
-Candidate must be proficient in HVAC repair (electric furnaces), plumbing, painting, electrical, pool care, appliance repair, and all other aspects of apartment and building maintenance.
-Responsible for complying with the company's and the community's operating and safety policies and procedures.
-EPA certified preferred
-Must be ready for a challenge and have effective communication skills. Must be organized and able to handle both technical and minor administrative responsibilities.
-Must have reliable transportation and own tools.
-Position requires a working supervisor and on-call on a rotating schedule.
